Who will speak at AirWorks 2018?

Please refer to the “CONFERENCE” page for the current list of AW 2018 speakers. Follow us on social channels for more latest updates. Our previous speakers included GE Venture’s Managing Director Alex Tepper, ARUP’s Director of Global Foresight Chris Luebkeman, FLIR System’s SVP Jeff Frank, Skycatch’s CEO & Founder Christian Sanz, and many more.

Will meals be provided at AirWorks?

Yes, lunch and refreshments will be provided on all three days of the conference.

Are accommodations provided?

No, accommodations are not included with the conference pass or VIP bundle, but discount rates are offered through our venue provider here.

What should I wear at AirWorks?

We recommend business casual attire for AW 2018.

Registration

How much does the AirWorks conference cost?

You can find all of our conference pass options here. The conference pass includes all training sessions, exhibit hall access, meals, and a conference gift bag. We also offer discounts for group purchases of 10 passes or more. Please email us at AirWorks@dji.com to get your coupon for 15% off!

Can I speak at AirWorks?

Are there media or speaker passes?

There are special media and speaker passes, please email us at AirWorks@dji.com for more information.

Are there student passes?

No, currently AirWorks does not offer student passes.

Is the cost of hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?

Accommodation is not included in the conference pass and must be paid at your own expense. Discounted rates are given to conference attendees through our venue provider here.

What is your cancellation policy?

Requests for any change or cancellation must be submitted in writing by the original registrant via e-mail to AirWorks@dji.com. The deadline is Friday, Sep 28th 2018 at 11:59PM Mountain Time Zone. Cancellation requests within the deadline will receive a full refund (minus a $100 processing fee). Requests after the deadline or no shows will result in a forfeiture of the entire conference fee. AirWorks reserves the right to rescind any registration, and upon doing so, will refund 100 percent of the registration fee.

Where can I see an overview of what will be offered?

The AirWorks 2018 agenda will be uploaded onto the conference page when available.

Are all of the AirWorks trainings and presentations recorded?

Yes - all AW 2018 trainings and presentations will be recorded and uploaded onto the AW website afterwards.

Do I need a U.S. entry visa to attend AirWorks?

All conferences attendess and guests from outside of the United States must have a valid passport and visa. Please check with your local embassy on procedures and obtain a visa.
