If you have any service requests related to your equipment, you may submit a service application.
Devices enrolled in the DJI Care Enterprise Basic are entitled to DJI Care Express for a swifter replacement.

After we receive your product, it normally takes five working days to proceed.

How Can I Extend My DJI Care Enterprise Coverage?
If you have purchased DJI Care Enterprise for your product, you can extend the service up to three years before or within 15 days of the service expiration date, by contacting your local DJI Enterprise Dealer or visiting the official DJI Store online.
Note: DJI Care Enterprise Basic currently does not support the purchase of a 2-Year Plan upon renewal.
* Battery Replacement, Flyaway Coverage, and Factory Maintenance are only available for select DJI products. Refer to the Terms of Service or visit our FAQ page for complete details. Factory Maintenance is not available in Hongkong. Hong Kong only offers DJI Care Express Basic services.

[3] Available for regions covered by DJI Care Enterprise. Logistics and customs duties incurred beyond the scope of coverage must be borne by the user.
[4] If you do not complete the linking and binding operations, or cancel any of the operations after completion, you will not be able to apply for Flyaway Coverage in case of a flyaway incident.
